Terms and Conditions

Consent: By registering for or participating in The Financial Services Council of New Zealand Incorporated (the FSC) FSC and Women in Super NZ Launch, 16:30-19:00, Wednesday 27 March 2024, (the Event) all registrants, attendees, speakers, exhibitors, delegates, contractors and anyone present (the Attendees) agree to these Terms and Conditions which includes the FSC Privacy Policy. All information provided on the FSC website relating to the Event is subject to the FSC Disclaimer.

Registration includes: Admission to the Event and food and beverage provided.

Liability Disclaimer: The Event organisers and their agents do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions which may appear on the FSC website in relation to the Event or any Event materials or brochures. To the best of our knowledge, comments were correct at the time of writing. The Event organisers and their agents reserve the right to amend any part of the Event without notice. Such amendments may include change of dates and times, substitutions or cancellations of speakers or social functions. The Event organisers and their agents accept no responsibility for the accuracy or content of any oral or written statement made by any speaker or exhibitors at or in connection with the Event.

Force Majeure Event: The FSC, its suppliers and its agents shall not be liable for any failure or delay to the Event and any associated event arising from attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control or the reasonable control of our sub-contractors or suppliers as applicable, including, without limitation, strikes or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, terrorism, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood or storm or pandemic (Force Majeure Event).

For the avoidance of doubt, a Force Majeure Event includes any health pandemic, such as, but not limited to, a COVID-19 Public Health Response Order or similar health order, including any Order Amendments (Health Order) inforce at the time of the Event, that prohibits the holding of the Event and any associated events up to and including the dates of the Event.

Pandemic Requirements: The FSC and Attendees of the Event are required to comply with any Event venue requirements, which may include the provision of a valid or approved vaccination certificate and personal identification (if required) and adhere to all requirements as per any New Zealand Government’s protocols that may be inforce at the time of the Event.

Cancellation Policy: Registration to the Event may be transferred to another delegate at any time and by contacting the FSC. In the instance that the Event is postponed, or held by another medium, registration will remain valid for the new dates.

Third Party: By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to the FSC adding your details to the contact database and sharing your details with third parties connected to the Event, including sponsors and exhibitors and such consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the FSC. Contact details and personal information can be amended at any time by contacting the FSC.

Filming and Photography: The Event organisers will film different aspects of the Event and take photographs at the Event and associated events. These materials remain the property of the FSC and by registering for and attending the Event all Attendees speakers, exhibitors and anyone present give consent to the FSC to use the video footage and photography taken at the Event.
