FSC supports Qualification updates in Professional Advice

FSC members from the Professional Advice community have been supporting the qualification review for the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5).  

Anyone who gives regulated financial advice to retail clients must meet the outcomes of the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) version 2. Most achieve this by completing the certificate.

As part of the review, the Professional Advice community would like to see changes to have a greater emphasis on soft skills, interpersonal skills, and ethics.
