CoFI Workshop and Focus Groups We ran an interactive workshop on the CoFI regime on 17 May with officials from MBIE and the FMA. This was a really useful and valuable workshop that enabled FSC members to ask questions and raise their issues and concerns. The FSC Regulation Committee has also held several Focus Groups to discuss issues concerning intermediaries under the proposed regime and the current consultations.
