The Consumer Engagement Committee is responsible for leading consumer-focussed projects.
This year, the Committee is launching the Money Matters Challenge, developing educational online resources for consumers, and developing connecting with other organisations including Banqer, the Commission for Financial Capability (CFFC) and the Insurance Council of New Zealand (ICNZ).
“It’s great to be part of a team who are all so passionate about improving the financial wellbeing of New Zealanders,” says Committee Co-Chair Clark Todd, Head of Distribution Strategy, AIA.
“Financial literacy is so important for Kiwis and something we all have a role in improving. The opportunity to make a difference by building a programme that helps New Zealanders make sound financial decisions is something that we are all delighted to be involved with.”
