In this article we spotlight some of our top resources which focus on the financial confidence and wellbeing of women to share with your teams and organisations.

The FSC has been undertaking comprehensive research on the financial wellbeing of Kiwi women for a number of years, giving the country insights into the facts and statistics between the genders.
In 2023 we found that 69% of women aren't financially prepared for retirement and in 2021 we found over 80% of Kiwi women rate their level of financial wellbeing as moderate, low or very low, and over 70% felt that financial wellbeing influences their overall wellbeing.

We were honoured to host a panel discussion with Simran Kaur of Girls that Invest, Menorah Coombe and Te Rina West from YWCA and Sarah Kelsey from the One Up Project where they discussed new audiences, how to reach the Māori and Pasifika communities and provided commentary around the need for accessibility and representation.
They also laid down a challenge for the financial services sector.
There is a lot more work to be done, and we welcome anyone who is keen to join in and help us shift the dial.
