New research from The Coalition to End Women’s Homelessness has revealed the alarming reality of homelessness in Aotearoa, where women make up 50% of the homeless population, with wāhine Māori disproportionately affected.
The FSC’s Empower Women are committed to supporting the financial confidence and wellbeing for all wāhine in Aotearoa.
We invite you to join us and explore some of these concerning financial challenges alongside the solutions and the aspiration women have for their lives. The speakers will also look into the concerning trends for women and older New Zealanders in retirement highlighted by FSC’s latest Insights and Trends report being launched for International Women’s Day and recent research by Te Ara Ahunga Ora Retirement Commission and how we can start tackle them.
