Submissions and Current Consultations
The Regulatory Committee continues to produce a raft of submissions that enables FSC members to have their input on new or proposed regulatory changes. Our current submissions are:

• CoFI and Change in Control Consultation - Submissions closed on 6 August. We now await next steps for the Financial Markets (Conduct of Institutions) Amendment Bill and hopefully an exposure draft of a Supplementary Order Paper.
• Together with the IFRS17 Working Group, RBNZ Exposure Draft Interim Solvency Standard - Submissions close 1 October

Please contact us if you would like to contribute to the Draft Interim Solvency Standard submission. We are also holding Focus Groups to discuss, so please email us if you would like to receive these invites.
