We need your help as we work through the three-yearly review of the FSC Code of Conduct. The FSC Code came into effect 1 January 2019 and applies to all FSC members, aiming to promote good conduct and strong customer focused culture. It’s important that the FSC Code remains fit for purpose into the future, helping FSC members to deliver good customer outcomes that grow the financial confidence and wellbeing of New Zealanders.
We want to understand your experience with the FSC Code and get your thoughts on how well the FSC Code has met its objectives. Your insights will help inform the review and the future for this industry milestone. We ask you to take 10 minutes to complete this simple survey. The survey is open to all readers of the FSC newsletter, whether you’re a member of the FSC (and the Code applies to you), not a member (but curious and have an opinion), or perhaps simply an interested person. If a question doesn’t apply to you, then skip it and reply to the one(s) that do apply.
