Works for Everyone have released their Part-time Power List for 2025, celebrating the power of part time: recognising and celebrating New Zealand employers and individuals changing the system.

2. Personal Admin Manager (PAM) app

Designed by Kiwi Nicole Retter, this app is a digital family assistant designed to reduce family admin and make the invisible load that often falls on woman visible. PAM aims to:

  • Ensure no more drowning in school/sport/after school activity emails and notifications.
  • Do the thinking for you, creating tasks and reminders.
  • Share the load by getting partners/village onboard.
  • Help to stop juggling all the balls in your head.
  • Provide timely reminders, not too little, not too much.

Now one of the top downloaded apps on the NZ app list, you can try it out for free on the Apple App store or Google Play. See more information here.
