We held a free webinar around supporting the mental health of your network at work, home and community during Mental Health Awareness Week.

Not many of us know the best way to help our employees, colleagues, loved ones and friends when we see them struggling with their mental health. 

We held a free webinar on Tuesday 19th September during Mental Health Awareness Week, where our guest speakers shared strategies and tips to recognise and effectively support your connections in a way that makes everyone feel good.

Kerry Boielle

Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Southern Cross

Kerry joined Southern Cross Health Society as Chief Sales Officer in May 2017. In February 2020, Kerry’s role expanded to include heading up the Marketing, Product and Customer Strategy teams. Less than six months later her team expanded again to incorporate agile delivery teams focused on growing and refreshing the Society’s customer value proposition.

Kerry and her team of seven direct reports are responsible for growing the membership, evolving the brand, creating digital experiences and customer propositions to deliver on the Society’s health and wellness objectives. Ultimately their goal is to become more relevant to more members, enabling them to live their healthiest lives.

Kerry came to Southern Cross from almost four years at Kiwibank, where she most recently held a role as General Manager, Borrowing & Investments. More than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry has seen her in a range of managerial roles, spanning sales, product, marketing, operations and strategy.

Kerry holds an Executive MBA (Honours) from The University of Auckland.
