After seven years of leading the FSC and serving the NZ financial services industry we farewelled our CEO Richard Klipin on the evening of Wednesday 1 May.
We also launched our annual Financial Resilience Index (FRI) research at the event. FRI is a major tracking survey of New Zealanders’ views on five key financial resilience indicators: financial confidence, financial literacy, financial preparedness, job security and wellbeing.
