Written by The FSC team | January 15, 2025

As we wrapped up the year 2024, we are thrilled to share the feedback from our recent FSC Member Satisfaction Survey.

With over 80% of FSC member organisations participating, the survey results highlight a high level of satisfaction with the work that FSC does, reinforcing our commitment to serving our members and the industry.

What our members value most

Our members' feedback underscores several key areas of value:

Looking ahead

In response to these suggestions, FSC will convene a forum of Chairs from all FSC Committees in early 2025. This forum will focus on discussing strategies to better deliver on our work plans and achieve meaningful outcomes for the industry. We are committed to taking these insights on board and enhancing our services to meet the evolving needs of our members.

Thank you to all our members who took the time to share their thoughts and feedback. Your input is invaluable in helping us build the FSC.
