FSC Empower Women invites FSC members to take part in a second initiative, an important survey in support of Te Ara Ahunga Ora Retirement Commission's National Strategy for Financial Capability 2025–2027, alongside our work in closing the gender pay gap.
We are looking to understand how financial sector employers in Aotearoa New Zealand support women through workplace policies, leadership pathways, financial capability and wellbeing programmes with a short survey.
Your input will help map current resources and also gaps across the sector, share best practices, and advocate for meaningful change.
Time to complete: Approximately 5-7 minutes
Deadline: Friday 12 December 2025
Impact: Your responses will contribute to building a more equitable and supportive financial sector for wāhine across Aotearoa.
Following the survey, FSC Empower Women will look to create a pilot programme that brings together resources across the sector for everyone to use. Your voice matters, help us shape a future where women thrive in the workforce.
