INFINZ, FSC's Empower Women, and the Financial Services Council (FSC) proudly delivered the three-part Empower & Elevate: Women in Finance Leadership series, a journey exploring how leadership, inclusion and allyship could drive better outcomes for women in the workplace.
Held across November 2024, March 2025 and July 2025, these events brought together industry leaders and changemakers to spark meaningful dialogue and drive progress in gender equity across the financial services sector.
1. Inspiring Success
7 November 2024
The launch event focused on what good leadership looks like and how small actions can lead to big change. Panellists shared practical advice on career planning, overcoming limiting beliefs, and fostering inclusive team cultures. Highlights included reframing leadership as exciting and empowering, addressing micro-aggressions, and creative solutions for work-life integration.

2. Leading Change
20 March 2025
This breakfast session tackled structural barriers to recruitment and retention of women in leadership. Speakers offered actionable strategies for championing inclusive leadership, advocating for women’s career progression, and addressing the gender pay gap and succession planning.

3. Male Allyship
